Second Officer- Offshore Support Vessel (Halul 28)

We are seeking a competent and motivated Second Officer to join Halul 28, operating within our Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) fleet. This role is ideal for a watchkeeping officer with solid offshore experience and a strong commitment to navigational safety and compliance in offshore environments.

Requirements (Global Standards)

Valid Second Officer / OOW STCW CoC (Non-DP)

Minimum 2 years of sea-going experience as Second Officer / OOW

Prior experience on Offshore Support Vessels preferred

Strong knowledge of watchkeeping, passage planning, COLREGs, and bridge resource management

Ability to work effectively within a multinational bridge and deck team

• Certification: Foreign Going Certificate
