We specialize in exclusive rental listings and provide our agents with direct access to properties that are not widely available in the market. As we continue to expand, we are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Secondary Market Rentals & Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on rental leads through company channels and personal outreach
- Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the leasing process
- List and market properties effectively on Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, PropSpace, and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and clients for repeat business and referrals
- Ensure all rental documentation complies with Dubai real estate laws and company policies
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and rental regulations
Requirements
- Mandatory: Valid UAE driver's license (preferably with own car)
- Presentable, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Previous experience in real estate rentals or customer service is preferred but not essential
- Strong time management and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with real estate portals and CRM systems is an advantage
