As part of A1 Properties strategic growth and dedication to delivering exceptional real estate services, we are expanding our Secondary Market division. We are seeking experienced, motivated, and client-focused Property Consultants to join our high-performing team.
At A1 Properties, you'll work alongside results-driven professionals handling the resale of residential and commercial properties across Dubai from luxury apartments and villas to prime office spaces and retail units. With access to exclusive listings, robust marketing support, and advanced tools, you'll have everything you need to excel in Dubai's competitive real estate market.
Note: This is a commission-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads using our advanced CRM system.
- Guide clients through every stage of the transaction from consultation and property viewings to negotiations and closing.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Dubai's residential and commercial freehold areas, property values, and market trends.
- Advise clients on investment opportunities, leasing strategies, and long-term asset growth.
- Source, list, and promote resale and commercial properties on major property portals and internal platforms.
- Prepare and execute sales and leasing agreements in compliance with RERA and UAE real estate laws.
- Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and documentation in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, landlords, tenants, and co-brokers.
- Represent A1 Properties at client meetings, networking events, and property tours.
Job Requirements
- 12 years of experience in Dubai's secondary residential or commercial real estate market.
- RERA Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of commercial property transactions, leasing contracts, and DLD regulations.
- Confidence in conducting property valuations, viewings, and investment consultations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Flexibility to work varying hours to meet client and business needs.
