Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide administrative, writing, and organizational support to the direct supervisor and the team. This includes managing appointments, handling phone calls, preparing correspondence and reports, organizing meetings and events, maintaining files and records, and other administrative tasks such as dealing with government platforms.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in secretarial or administrative support roles.
  • Language: Proficient in English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Independent and Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of office management software and administrative procedures.
