Job Purpose: The Secretary will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. This role involves managing schedules, preparing documents, and assisting with department initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and welcome visitors.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Supervise the recruitment of new employees, including training and mentoring.
- Organize and maintain files, databases, and records related to department activities.
- Support team members in project coordination and follow-up on action items.
- Participate in team meetings and document minutes and action points.
- Prepare a weekly plan that includes the agenda for the department manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
