Job Description

Job Purpose: The Secretary will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. This role involves managing schedules, preparing documents, and assisting with department initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and welcome visitors.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Supervise the recruitment of new employees, including training and mentoring.
  • Organize and maintain files, databases, and records related to department activities.
  • Support team members in project coordination and follow-up on action items.
  • Participate in team meetings and document minutes and action points.
  • Prepare a weekly plan that includes the agenda for the department manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • +2 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
