Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Secretary cum Receptionist for a full-time on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities include managing reception duties, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling clerical tasks, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining the office environment, supporting the team with administrative tasks, and acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in phone etiquette and experienced with receptionist duties
  • Strong clerical skills, including filing, record-keeping, and scheduling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and friendliness
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and remain well-organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • High school diploma required; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus
