Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and well-organized Secretary to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle front desk operations, including maintaining visitor logs and records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to the Administration and Logistics teams as required.
- Manage office supplies, monitor stock levels, and coordinate replenishment.
