Job Title: Secretary / Front Desk Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and well-organized Secretary to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle front desk operations, including maintaining visitor logs and records.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to the Administration and Logistics teams as required.
  • Manage office supplies, monitor stock levels, and coordinate replenishment.

  • Requirements & Skills

    • Proven experience in a secretary, receptionist, or administrative role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
