Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Organize documents, records, and filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Prepare basic letters, reports, and office documents
- Support coordination with suppliers and internal teams
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Good English & Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in construction or engineering companies is a plus.
