Company Description

NEN| National Education Network is a civil education management project led by N.E.N for Information and Communication Technology. The network management is sophisticated and electronic, which offers technical supervision on the training process through the international system for training (GTS) and the international system of tests (GES). The project has four essential elements of the training process which must be of high quality; Scientific article, Certified Trainer, Practical Training, and an appropriate training environment. We are located in 6th October City, Egypt.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Secretary. The Secretary will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of clerical skills and executive administrative assistance. This position is located at our 6th October City office and is required to be on-site.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in company secretarial work, including scheduling and organizing meetings, maintaining files, and handling correspondence
  • Demonstrated competence in clerical skills, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Customer service experience with a friendly and polite demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Relevant experience or degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field is preferred
