Job Description

Roaya Group for Electrical Contracting and Supplies is looking for a Secretary with proven expertise.

  • Qualifications:
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred.
  • Experience: 13 years of experience in secretarial or administrative assistant roles.
  • English: Very good.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally receive and handle visitors and clients.
  • Manage telephone calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
  • Organize the management's schedule for appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on the implementation of decisions.
  • Manage and respond to official email correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Organize and archive both paper and electronic files.
  • Follow up on tasks delegated by the Chairman of the Board and ensure their timely execution.
  • Prepare official letters, reports, and administrative forms.
  • Coordinate between internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Required Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Tact and ability to deal effectively with clients and various personalities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks quickly.
  • Skills in writing formal emails in both Arabic and English.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
