- Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in secretarial or administrative assistant roles.
- English: Very good.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally receive and handle visitors and clients.
- Manage telephone calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
- Organize the management's schedule for appointments and meetings.
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on the implementation of decisions.
- Manage and respond to official email correspondence in a professional manner.
- Organize and archive both paper and electronic files.
- Follow up on tasks delegated by the Chairman of the Board and ensure their timely execution.
- Prepare official letters, reports, and administrative forms.
- Coordinate between internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
