Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of information and reports.
  • Arrange and coordinate the Chairman's travel plans, including flights and accommodations.
  • Plan and organize events, meetings, and conferences as required.
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as delegated by the Chairman.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar executive-level support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), especially in managing and booking the Chairman's calendar.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
