Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary based in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Secretary will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing clerical duties, coordinating company secretarial work, providing executive administrative assistance, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires efficient communication and organizational skills to support day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth office functioning.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as documentation, scheduling, and file management
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Company Secretarial Work and managing administrative tasks
  • Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and provide professional support
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities efficiently
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
