Job Purpose
To drive disciplined planning by ensuring forecast quality, supply feasibility, and inventory buffers. Connect commercial ambition to operational capability, identify constraints early, and provide actionable scenarios with cost, risk, and timing. Run simulations for critical events like promotions, launches, and demand spikes to enable effective decision-making.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Drive planning discipline by ensuring forecast accuracy, supply feasibility, and proper inventory buffers.
- Lead DMR and SMR processes, challenging forecasts and validating operational feasibility.
- Translate commercial goals into practical operational plans and connect planning to reality.
- Identify constraints early, including capacity limits, material lead times, logistic risks, and product shelf life.
- Present actionable scenarios rather than roadblocks, considering cost, risk, and timing for each option.
- Run simulations for critical events such as promotional peaks, product launches, and demand spikes to support proactive decision-making.
What You Will Bring To The Role
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Management or any equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of Experience in the same field
- Good communication
- Executive and Managerial rapport
- Leading Cross functionally
- Managing with influence
