Job Purpose

The role is responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects across all functions. This includes developing detailed project charters, coordinating resource allocation, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and promoting knowledge sharing. The position also drives the implementation of standardized processes and best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all projects.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Develop, with projects managers, each project detailed charter across all functions
  • Centralize and coordinate between all project's resources allocation
  • Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks across projects, reducing the likelihood of operation disruptions
  • Follow up with projects managers on each project progress verses base line ,defining areas of delays and/or ahead activities
  • Captures and shares knowledge across projects, promoting continuous improvement and reducing the risk of knowledge loss.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes, methodologies, and best practices, ensuring consistency across projects.

What You Will Bring To The Role

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or management .
  • Project Management Professional PMP (Plus).

Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Risk management and mitigation skills.
