Security Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and delivery of security and compliance capabilities within a large-scale ERP Transformation Programme.

This is a true end-to-end role You will drive workshops, design future-state processes, lead change adoption, and track benefits realisation. Operating at the intersection of Information Security, business delivery, and technical implementation, you will help embed secure-by-design practices across the programme while aligning to group policy, audit standards, and operational realities.

What you'll do

• Lead the BA approach across the security workstream
• Design end-to-end processes embedding security controls
• Translate policy and risk into actionable requirements
• Run cross-functional workshops and resolve design gaps
• Partner with Change, PMO, and Delivery to drive adoption
• Track benefits linked to risk reduction and compliance

What we're looking for

• 8+ years BA experience in large transformation programmes
• Strong cybersecurity / IT governance understanding
• Background in regulated or audit-heavy environments
• Excellent stakeholder and workshop facilitation skills
• Tools: Visio, Miro, Jira, Confluence

Nice to have

• SAP or ERP transformation experience
• Exposure to security tooling, PMO, Risk, or GRC
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience
