Role Description:

This role is ideal for an engineer with 2–5 years of experience in security and SIEM technologies, especially Splunk. We are also open to candidates who have worked with similar platforms such as QRadar, Elastic, ArcSight, LogRhythm, or other log management and security analytics solutions.

This is a partner-focused, project-based role covering presales, solution design, deployment, implementation, and customer handover.

What you'll do:

·       Support technical presales activities, workshops, and customer discussions

·       Contribute to solution design, BOMs, scopes, and technical proposals

·       Deploy and implement Splunk and related integrations

·       Onboard log sources and help build practical security monitoring use cases

·       Prepare documentation and handover deliverables for customers

What we're looking for:

·       2–5 years of relevant experience in security, SIEM, or log management technologies

·       Hands-on experience with Splunk is preferred

·       Experience in partner, presales, or project delivery environments is a plus

·       Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
