To manage all security related matters in the assigned area.
Roles & Responsibility:
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Security Director.
Supervising and controlling section performance of security-related tasks, the performance of security services, and follow-up on maintenance of security equipment.
Establish clear line of communication with subordinates, give clear directions, give empowerment, and establish periodic reporting mechanism.
Submit monthly staff performance and security operations reports to security director.
Ensure compliance with the duties and responsibilities of the CATRION Security Standards and verify the implementation of security standards.
Participated in updating CATRION security manual with security quality department.
Communication with relative security authorities when required by the authority and attending all related security committee meetings.
Send written communication to respective authorities after getting required approvals from security director.
Participate in the preparation of the department's budget plan and controlling the budget.
Final review and approval for employee's attendance, overtime, travel orders and all financial matters that are within the authority of the position.
Analyze security performance data and work on improvement plans.
Investigate on security incidents and approve developed reports and recommendations and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions.
Maintain discipline and administer disciplinary actions as per company rules.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant major.
8 years of experience in the field.
Critical Thinking skills.
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
Management of Personnel Resources - Motivating, developing, and directing people.
Persuasion - Persuading others to change their minds or behaviour.
Customer and Personal Service
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Advance in computer proficiency
Advance in report writing skills.
Advance in Security training and certifications (i.e. aviation security certificates)
