Security Operations Manager

The Job

• Leading Project team to achieve project objectives effectively.
• Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
• Monitoring project progress and performance.
• Liaises with, and updates progress to, Client and G4S senior management.
• Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
• Supervise the team; resolve day-to-day issues of the project and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Investigate incidents and report to Client representatives.
• Ensure all guards are trained as per site instruction and maintain appropriate records.
• Oversee HSE responsibility of the project.
• Daily administrative functions.
• Update, compile post and site instructions.
• Ensure all correspondence with customers are dealt with in a professional manner in line with G4S policy.
• Adherence to HSE and Quality Management System procedures and its performance

Selection Criteria:

• Minimum of Higher Secondary Education from a reputable educational institution
• Minimum of 5 years security experience from a private security services, military, or police.
• Must possess a SIRA Security Supervisor license.
• A valid UAE Driving license is a must.
• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Excellent customer service skills
