Security Supervisor

Position Overview

Emirates Golf Club is looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment for colleagues, members, guests, contractors, and visitors.

We welcome both internal and external candidates. Candidates who have previously worked at Emirates Golf Club through security service providers, or who are already familiar with EGC operations, would have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security guards and oversee daily security operations.
• Monitor access control, patrols, and overall security of the club premises.
• Manage security incidents and coordinate appropriate emergency responses.
• Support crowd and event management during club events and activities.
• Prepare security reports and maintain accurate security records.
• Coordinate closely with the Security and HSE teams to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
• Support risk assessments, incident and near-miss reporting, emergency procedures, and fire safety requirements.
• Ensure security procedures and relevant UAE regulations are followed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant security supervisory experience, preferably within a hospitality, golf club, hotel, or similar environment.
• Proven experience supervising security guards and coordinating daily security operations.
• Good knowledge of:
• Security operations and access control
• Patrolling and incident management
• Emergency response procedures
• Crowd and event management
• Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to prepare clear security reports and maintain relevant records.
• HSE knowledge or an HSE qualification would be highly desirable.
• Knowledge of risk assessments, incident/near-miss reporting, emergency procedures, fire safety, and basic HSE requirements is an advantage.
• UAE security experience and knowledge of local regulatory requirements are preferred.
• Candidates familiar with Emirates Golf Club operations will have an added advantage.

The successful candidate should be responsible, proactive, and confident in managing security teams and responding effectively to operational incidents. The role requires someone who can work closely with both Security and HSE teams and maintain high standards of safety, security, and compliance across EGC.
