What you'll do:

  • Supervise and manage a team of security guards deployed across dark store locations, ensuring full shift coverage, punctuality, and proper deployment across all sites.
  • Conduct regular field visits to dark stores to audit guard performance, grooming, post discipline, and adherence to assigned duties.
  • Monitor and enforce rider compliance with company SOPs, including uniform standards, helmet usage, parking discipline, store entry/exit protocols, and safe conduct within premises.
  • Ensure guards enforce building management rules and maintain positive relationships with landlords, facility teams, and neighboring tenants.
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly security reports submitted by guards, consolidating key updates and trends for logistics and operations leadership.
  • Escalate incidents promptly to relevant stakeholders, including theft, rider misconduct, accidents, physical altercations, unauthorized access, or SOP breaches.
  • Investigate security incidents end-to-end, gather CCTV evidence, document findings, and recommend corrective actions or disciplinary measures.
  • Train, onboard, and continuously coach security guards on company SOPs, rider management protocols, emergency response, and customer/rider interaction standards.
  • Manage the security vendor relationship, including attendance validation, invoice verification, guard replacement requests, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain and track key security KPIs such as incident count, escalation response time, SOP compliance rate, and guard attendance, reporting these to the logistics leadership on a weekly basis.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • Strong observation, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond effectively in high-stress situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
