Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in New Cairo for a Senior Property Consultant. The role involves providing expert consultancy services in real estate, identifying client needs, handling property transactions, and fostering strong client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating market trends, advising clients on buying, selling, or renting properties, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Real Estate and Sales principles and practices.
• Strong skills in Consulting and Customer Service, with experience in identifying and addressing client needs.
• Excellent Communication skills, with an emphasis on building relationships and conducting negotiations effectively.
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience within real estate or property consultation is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in market research and knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market is a plus.
