Job Responsibilities:
-Ensure accurate, timely, secure collection, storage, and maintenance of organizational data.
-Implement and enforce data governance, security, and privacy controls to safeguard data integrity.
-Monitor availability, reliability, and performance of digital banking channels (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, IVR, ATM Services, Queuing Systems).
-Oversee the design, development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of digital MIS systems.
-Ensure systems are scalable, efficient, resilient, and aligned with business requirements.
-Lead the preparation of analytical reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to support informed decision-making.
-Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports across all organizational levels.
-Translate complex data into clear insights for senior management and business stakeholders.
-Collaborate closely with business units and department heads to understand data and reporting needs.
-Deliver tailored MIS solutions that align with strategic objectives and operational priorities.
-Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business users.
-Ensure all MIS systems comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and data protection laws.
-Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks related to data management and digital system operations.
-Continuously monitor system performance, identifying and resolving issues to maintain optimal system functionality and user satisfaction.
-Monitor and evaluate system performance against defined KPIs, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous optimization to maintain operational excellence and user satisfaction.
-From 1-3 required years of experience in Digital MIS .
