The subsidiary of the Group located in Dubai is currently looking for a :

SELL-OUT MANAGER F/M

Under the responsibility of the Area Director, your main tasks will be:

Mission:

The mission of this role is double:

50% time in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

  • Maps the distribution of Nuxe in Saudi Arabia, mainly with Al Nahdi pharmacy doors (location, shelf space, assortment by door).
  • Ensures agreements are visible in the retail environment (assortment, brand positioning, tactical visibility, visual updates, brand logos, POS movie, shelf branding).
  • Store visit reporting with action plan to the Sales Manager & Area Director.
  • Creates bond with the pharmacists and ensures the brand remains top of mind.

50% time at the office in Dubai:

  • Consolidates and provides detailed forecast and sales analysis
  • Optimizes Product Placement through efficient Planogram Management
  • Supports Sales Manager with the tools needed to drive sell-out
  • Over-sees product registration and novelty listing process

Requirements:

  • Ideally is familiar with the Al Nahdi retail business
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Retail Sales Acumen, and problem-solving capabilities
  • A Team player, quick comprehension, & ability to be a self-starter.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Powerpoint & Excel)
  • Happy to travel 50% of the time.
