Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Media Performance Specialist for a full-time, on-site position at our New Cairo office. This role involves creating and managing media strategies, overseeing media planning and performance, conducting research for insights, and optimizing marketing campaigns across traditional and new media platforms. The individual will collaborate closely with the marketing team to maximize outreach and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Media Planning and New Media strategies
• Proficient in Communication and Marketing techniques
• Experience in conducting Research to inform media and marketing decisions
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize media campaigns for results
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry or related fields is a plus
