The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven Senior Account Executive to join our Content Services sales team based in Dubai, covering Oman. You'll partner with enterprise customers across sectors to deliver end-to-end information management solutions that enable efficiency, insight, and compliance.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on building relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and turning digital transformation strategies into measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Drive strategic sales engagements for OpenText Content Cloud solutions across Oman.
• Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with presales, delivery, and marketing teams to design tailored solutions.
• Represent OpenText at key customer meetings, industry events, and executive briefings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI, content management, and cloud innovation trends.

What You'll Bring

• 710+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the Gulf region.
• Proven track record in selling ECM, Content Services, or Information Management solutions.
• Success in consultative, value-based selling to enterprise and government customers.
• Experience working with system integrators, resellers, and cloud partners.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
