We are hiring Senior Account Manager Distribution Sales

Job Overview

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and revenue growth within the distribution and wholesale channels. This role blends strategic account management with operational leadership overseeing key client relationships, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring business sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of key distribution and retail accounts, cultivating long-term, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and category expansion.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with a focus on profitability, sustainability, and long-term growth.

B. Operational Oversight

  • Oversee end-to-end distribution operations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and delivery.
  • Lead sales and promoter teams, providing guidance and direction to achieve business objectives.

C. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports on account performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Analyze account profitability, sell-through rates, and brand contribution to inform future strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales or account management within the distribution, wholesale, or retail sector.
