  • Project Management:
    • Overseeing the end-to-end research process, including planning, executing, and delivering research projects on time and within budget.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering insights that drive business decisions.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to analyse data and generate insights.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Leading and mentoring a team of researchers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Reporting & Presentation:
    • Crafting clear and compelling reports and presentations to communicate research findings effectively
