Senior Account Manager

Connectalents is a leading recruitment and HR solutions company in MENA is seeking to hire Senior Account Manager in Sheraton for a leading provider of advanced technology solutions across the Middle East & Africa, specializing in Cloud, Data Analytics, AI, and Digital Transformation.

Job Role

• Manage and grow key enterprise accounts
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive pipeline generation through outbound and inbound channels
• Identify new business opportunities across MEA region
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
• Work closely with marketing on lead generation campaigns

What we are looking for:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a sales related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Account Management & Sales in the technology sector.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in the IT industry, with Enterprise software
• Proven sales management experience
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Excellent English is a must.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS / Cloud Solutions
• Background in Data Analytics or AI solutions

Working Conditions

• Onsite - Sheraton
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Days Off: Friday & Saturday
