Senior Account Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager - Social Media to join a leading communications consultancy in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of social media accounts for high-profile clients
• Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic counsel
• Develop and oversee social media strategies and content plans
• Manage campaign delivery from briefing through execution and reporting
• Collaborate with creative, content, influencer and paid media teams
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities and present actionable insights

Requirements:

• 5–8 years experience in a social media agency or communications consultancy
• Native or fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, content strategy and social trends
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Confident presenting ideas and recommendations to clients
