Job Scope:
As a Senior Account Manager (Loyalty & Rewards), you will act as a strategic partner for key clients, owning the end-to-end management and optimization of points-based loyalty programs. You will lead client relationships, design and enhance loyalty program mechanics, analyze performance data to generate actionable insights, and identify growth and upsell opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with internal IT, marketing, and data teams to ensure seamless program delivery, strong client satisfaction, and measurable impact on customer retention and ROI.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
46 years of experience in CRM, loyalty programs, account management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of loyalty mechanics, including points accrual/redemption, tiers, benefits, and customer segmentation.
Proven ability to analyze KPIs and customer behavior and translate data into strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including contract renewals.
Experience managing key client relationships and driving long-term retention and growth.
Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, marketing, and data teams.
