We are working with a fast-growing player in the fintech/saas space who are looking for someone to take ownership of one of their most important strategic partnerships a tier-1 financial services client generating $100m+ annual revenue.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role reporting directly to the Global Account Director. You will act as the primary relationship owner, strategic partner, and commercial driver for a long-term, collaborative partnership built on innovation and mutual growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end client relationship across multiple geographies and business units
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), strategy workshops and executive steering meetings (frequent global travel)
- Drive account strategy, revenue growth, P&L management and accurate forecasting
- Identify and unlock new product and market opportunities
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and contract renewals with legal support
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (product, technical, creative, finance, projects) to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Mentor and develop a high-performing account team
Experience We're Looking For
- Proven success managing a $100m+ global account within financial services (payment networks, card issuers, large banks or fintech preferred)
- Consistent track record of YoY revenue growth across regions and product portfolios
- Strong commercial acumen comfortable leading negotiations, proposing new business models and owning the P&L
- Deep understanding of regulated environments and ability to build trust at VP/C-suite level
- Excellent stakeholder management internally and externally
- Strategic mindset combined with outstanding execution and attention to detail
- Experience presenting to boards, running QBRs and translating data into actionable strategy
