Job Summary
An experienced Senior Account Manager to lead the sales of our innovative AI Platform, AI Security, Smart Solutions, and IoT products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology sales, a deep understanding of AI and IoT markets, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on enterprise clients and strategic accounts.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Solution Selling: Articulate the value proposition of our AI Platform, AI Security, Smart Solutions, and IoT products, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market reach, and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and solution delivery.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, contributing to the company's growth and market leadership.
- Industry Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of sales experience in technology, IT, AI, or IoT industries, with a proven track record of selling complex solutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI, IoT, cybersecurity, and smart solutions, with the ability to discuss technical aspects with clients.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead sales initiatives, mentor junior team members, and collaborate across departments.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
