RayaCX is a leading customer experience management company based in 6th of October City, Egypt. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Receivable to join our team on a full-time basis.
As a Senior Account Receivable, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collection of payments from clients. You will work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate records, reconcile accounts, and resolve any discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collection of payments
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments
- Communicate with clients to resolve any billing or payment issues
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and submit regular reports on accounts receivable status
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement effective collection strategies
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management
- Train and mentor junior account receivable staff as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
