Job Summary: We are seeking a capable and independent Senior Accountant to lead finance operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting, from daily operations to reporting to senior management, acting as the primary point of contact for all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Prepare financial reports, statements, and presentations for senior management.

Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.

Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Provide strategic recommendations for improving financial performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 34 years of experience in the UAE, with a proven track record of managing the full accounting cycle independently.
• Leadership Potential: Experience supervising or reviewing the work of junior staff is highly preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Strong personality with the ability to manage stakeholders and decision-making.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Advanced Excel.
