Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Dubai. The Senior Accountant will manage financial records, prepare and analyze financial statements, oversee budget planning processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Responsibilities also include payroll processing, financial reporting, managing tax submissions, and working closely with teams to ensure accurate financial data and sound decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Experience with account reconciliation, tax compliance, and payroll management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate financial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
- Previous experience in the healthcare or medical industry is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in SAP
- Experience in the healthcare sector
