Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Heliopolis. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, handling month-end and year-end processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Additional responsibilities include monitoring budgets, reconciling accounts, collaborating with auditors, analyzing financial data, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. You will work closely with internal teams across projects to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting practices, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in financial records
• Understanding of construction and real estate finance practices and processes
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
• Previous experience as a Senior Accountant in the construction industry is highly desirable
