Role Overview

In this role you will provide accounting and bookkeeping support across our business operating in multiple countries. Your primary focus will be on gathering and validating accounting data, managing information flow to external firms supporting us in the local countries, spotting process or compliance gaps and facilitating incorporation of new entities in different countries. Additionally, you will dedicate some of your time to day-to-day finance operations.

In this role you'll be working closely with the management team and with the external local accounting firms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a small, entrepreneurial team that is making a large impact, someone that has a high sense of ownership, is very structured and detail oriented and enjoys building systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing the external accountants / bookkeepers
• Managing information flow to external firms
• Streamlining accounting processes
• Gathering and validating accounting data
• Support in daily finance operations
• Internal reporting to support management decision making

Qualifications

• Resident / work permit for Dubai
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor degree or higher in Finance / Accounting
• At least 5 years of work experience in Finance
• Experience working for Europe-based companies
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and finishing tasks
• Analytical, structured, and comfortable working with numbers
• Independent, proactive, and eager to take ownership
