The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing core accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency across Everllence Egypt's finance function. This role supports inter-company reconciliations, audits, taxation, and ERP administration while driving process improvements and adherence to local regulations.
Location: Cairo, Egypt
We Can Offer You The Following Tasks
- Manages Inter-company accounts & carryout monthly reconciliation with the related parties
- Reconciles bank accounts on a monthly basis
- Maintains; reconciles fixed assets schedules & register
- Follows up Investment overview & Capex
- Performs day to day banking functions
- Responsible in allocation of common cost to various cost centers
- Creates Supplier's Master Data in SBO
- Administer the ERP system
- Performs general accounting functions & all related month-end tasks
- Prepares monthly & quarterly reports (Balance Sheet, Overhead Reports, Working Capital etc)
- Ensures monthly deadlines are met as required
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Implement taxation procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Provides Coverage for other accounting functions as requested
- Other duties as delegated from time to time by the Line Manager
You Can Help Us With These Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with 58 years of relevant professional experience.
- Solid knowledge and handson experience with ERP systems.
- Strong computer proficiency, including advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- High level of numeracy and accuracy, with strong attention to detail.
- Proven analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong background in tax laws and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated audit experience, including preparation for internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and support for statutory reporting.
