Senior Accountant F&B

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to manage full accounting operations for our restaurants in Riyadh.

This role requires hands-on experience in restaurant accounting, cost control, VAT compliance, payroll, and year-end closing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full accounting cycle for restaurant operations

• Record and reconcile daily sales from Foodics

• Monitor inventory and product costing (recipes & food cost %)

• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance

• Handle payroll, GOSI, and End-of-Service calculations

• Review fixed assets and depreciation schedules

• Prepare and submit VAT returns (ZATCA compliant)

• Perform year-end closing and financial corrections

• Analyze financial performance and support management decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant accounting in Saudi Arabia

• Strong experience in Qoyod or ERP systems

• Experience with Foodics POS

• Strong knowledge of VAT (Saudi regulations)

• Experience in inventory & cost accounting

• Ability to work independently

Salary Range:

7,000 - 11,000 SAR (Based on experience)
