Role Summary
Responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance to support business performance and strategic decision-making. The role acts as a finance advisor to operational teams while ensuring strong governance, reporting accuracy, and cash management.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles.
- Perform detailed variance analysis (Actual vs Budget / Forecast).
- Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning, cash flow forecasting, and CapEx evaluation.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective action plans.
Reporting & Business Support
- Prepare monthly management reports and financial dashboards (Power BI preferred).
- Provide accurate financial data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support board and management reporting requirements.
- Partner with department heads to provide actionable financial insights.
Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure month-end close accuracy, accruals management, and general ledger integrity.
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Oversee VAT filings and Corporate Tax compliance.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.
Cash & Commercial Management
- Establish effective cash management processes.
- Review project and operating agreements for financial impact.
- Support evaluation and optimization of ERP systems.
- Coordinate with Corporate Accounts and IT for reporting improvements.
