Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial records, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional tasks include monitoring accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes within the organization. Dealing with parents monitoring of tuition collection, etc.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and budget management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with tax & zakat preparation, regulatory compliance, and audit procedures.
• Familiarity with accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are a plus.
• Previous experience in an educational or non-profit organization is an advantage.
