About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to take full ownership of our accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, experienced, and highly proficient in working with Odoo ERP to manage and streamline financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full accounting cycle (AP, AR, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations)

Perform monthly closing and ensure accurate financial reporting

Maintain and monitor all accounting records and transactions

Handle tax-related requirements and ensure compliance with local regulations

Manage daily accounting activities through Odoo ERP system

Prepare financial reports to support business decisions

Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities

Coordinate with auditors when needed

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration (Accounting Major)

Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting

Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system is a must

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to manage accounting operations independently
