We're Hiring | Senior Accountant / Finance Manager FMCG (Dubai)

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our newly established food (FMCG) business in Dubai. As we scale our operations, we are looking for a Senior Accountant / Finance Manager who can play a key role in building strong financial foundations, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth.

Position: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: FMCG / Food Business

Manage end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, inventory accounting, cost of goods sold (COGS), and month-end/year-end closing

Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards

Handle VAT compliance, filing, reconciliations, and FTA-related matters

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and working capital

Implement and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance

Manage inventory valuation, margin analysis, and cost controls specific to FMCG operations

Support audits, regulatory compliance, and management reporting

Work closely with operations, procurement, and sales teams to support business decisions

Hands-on experience in FMCG / Food business (mandatory)

Strong understanding of inventory, COGS, margins, and supply chain finance

Qualification: ACCA, MBA (Finance), or Graduate from a reputed university

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, or similar)

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing business environment
