Role Description
- Manage financial records and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts and ledgers on a regular basis.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including filing tax returns and supporting audits.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Support internal controls and financial procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Generate required financial reports.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Proven work experience of 2 to 4 years as an Accountant
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

Off: Saturday & Sunday
Fixed Shifts: from 12 Pm to 8 PM
