Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full accounting cycle for real estate development projects
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor project budgets, cash flows, and cost control
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external parties

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in accounting (real estate or construction background is a strong plus)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting
• Proficiency in accounting Erp software and MS Excel
