Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Salalah, Oman. The Senior Accountant will manage the complete operations of our Salalah branch, including daily accounting tasks, financial reporting, general ledger reconciliation, tax compliance, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities also include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and assisting with internal audits. The role involves collaboration with other departments to ensure accurate financial management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and general ledger account management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience in accounting software (Tally, Quickbooks & Zohoo) and financial systems
• Ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the trading or distribution sector is a plus
