Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role located in Jeddah. The Senior Accountant will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, manage budgetary reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing tax filings, supporting audits, and advising on financial implications for business decisions. The role involves collaboration across departments and the management of accounting processes to drive financial accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting, including the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Strong experience with Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis to support decision-making and financial planning.
• Knowledge of Tax Compliance and Regulatory Requirements to ensure adherence to local and international financial laws.
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software and ERP systems, alongside strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; SOCPA or relevant professional certification is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or lifestyle industry and familiarity with regional financial practices is a plus.
• 3 years minimum experience/ relevant hospitality field.
• English & Arabic language proficient.
