Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full accounts receivable cycle (invoicing, collections, cash application).
- Ensure timely and accurate billing to customers.
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Lead collection efforts and negotiate payment plans when needed.
- Reconcile AR sub-ledger to the general ledger.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports and provide insights to management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with sales, finance and other depts teams.
- Improve AR processes and internal controls.
- Assist in audit process by providing required documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance.
- 3-5 Years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting.
- Experience with ERP Oracle system or similar.
